Hi all, I just registered and this is my first post. I’ve had my tj for about 2 years and yesterday while taking off my skid plate to diagnose a new leak, I made the mistake of not having my transmission and transfer case supported. Both dropped down significantly. After I jacked it back up and got the skid plate reattached I looked around to see possible signs of damage and could not find any. I tried driving it and it is now making a pretty loud squeaking sound under the driver side when going over bumps. It drives fine other than the noise. I’m assuming the noise is coming from either the driveshaft or transmission. Was wondering if anyone might be able to help point me in the right direction. Thank you!

Could be you ripped the bonded rubber out of the motor mounts.

Check your fan shroud and fan and make sure it's not in contact.

Post a video on YouTube and provide some pictures. This is a GIF I made so no audio... can't post videos directly...
