This is why I will never sell anything on ebay or amazon. They sell your data and description to anyone willing to pay for it. Especially if you use the year make and model feature. They say it will help drive customers to your products but it also drives the bad actors. Sorry to see this guys.
Doesn't matter. The OEM 97-02 belly skid bolts have the taper built into the bolt under the head. I was not paying attention and went to great pains to get them made so I could stop using conversion washers on regular bolts. It took longer than it should have but we finally got them in a couple of months ago. Not a single set has sold since they arrived so I went looking around. The "same" bolts are selling on eBay for 22 bucks a set delivered. I know what they cost and how much it costs to deliver them from US stock. They are perfectly fine making about 10%. I've never sold on Amazon or eBay.

...platitudes about imitation being the sincerest form of flattery are never accurate or helpful.
No one ever uses the whole quote:
"...the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness."

Still not helpful, but way more accurate.

Competition is good for business, brings better selection and price to the end user.

Folks are cheap-asses by and large. That is compounded by a very large number of them also believing that all stuff is pretty much the same and works the same so all you're paying for is a name when you buy quality.

This is one thing I've really come to appreciate since joining this forum and following your builds along with a select few of others; quality and details matter. The "buy once, cry once" mentality has really paid off over the years and its painful to see when people try to cheap out on products and 1) realize their mistake and end up paying for something twice or 2) convince themselves that poor performance is 'normal' just so they can justify their original purchase.

Absolutely. Unfortunately, consumer tolerance of foreign-made & cheap goods, and especially copies, has grown to the point of driving quality domestic manufacturing into the dirt. I don't have a lot of hope that tariffs are going to help that... but I also don't want to turn this into a political debate. Hard to talk about anything these days that doesn't turn into a fight.

I'll pick up some of these recovery points if there are any left after I get the rest of my lift parts, some headlights, a rear bumper... etc...

You missed my sarcasm. That is a very common justification for theft of intellectual property used by those that only care about the price.

Thank you kindly. Likely no longer available, then.

Or in keeping with the theme... now available direct from Shenzen.

They are still available, I was able to order a set a few weeks ago direct from Savy. +/- They are apparently old stock being shipped from Gerald’s house and you may or not get shipping updates.

Link? I might be your first customer. Too bad you just shipped my recovery points already this morning though 🫤

Gotcha. Forgot I needed one of those nutsert kits when I ordered the recovery points. Those work well with the tummy tuck as well I assume?

No idea. Does it have the countersinks that the bolts work with?

No. And neither does the current skid I’m using hence why i don’t have those tapered bolts currently. I won’t be needing them after all it seems. Sorry for the quick enthusiasm 😔
