It's the Canada or international section of BMB why the question on how Mrblaine would like me to proceed. Desire to not cause more grief than it's worth.

My apologies, I didn't realize you were in Canada.

This may not be new news, but looks like the Chinese thought he made a good enough product to produce what would appear to be exact copies of his V1 recovery points w/anodizing... 😖

Guess someone bitched about shipping from the homeland, so they now have a connection stateside...

Be nice to shut 'em down.

This was a bit disheartening when I found them. I am still bitter about the situation.

I have sent a few messages to the seller. They were removed for sometime, but have come back in full force. Not sure anything can be done to stop them.

I can imagine. I know a little of the feeling but certainly not to this level. I guess what gets me is how blatant, I mean, I have a set of your V1 points and they didn't appear to miss a detail. They look like exact copies.

It seems now that vendors can send you offers on Ebay, even if you only view their listing (pretty annoying "feature", actually). I got offers since posting above from both of the vendors selling the copies. Not that it matters, but I officially declined and noted that I knew they ripped off the design, wouldn't buy theirs for twice the price and suggested maybe they come up with an original idea. I'm sure they give a shit but you do what you can...

Vote with your dollars, buy from the OG. (y)

This is why I will never sell anything on ebay or amazon. They sell your data and description to anyone willing to pay for it. Especially if you use the year make and model feature. They say it will help drive customers to your products but it also drives the bad actors. Sorry to see this guys.

It may dull in time, it never goes away. Every time someone like Jerry posts up that he can't justify paying what original LED headlights cost so he is more than fine buying the Chinese knock-offs, it comes right back and if they have "Buy American" in their signature, it just stings a bit more.

I'm sure, and there is only one thing. The only way to stop assholes from copying your stuff is you don't do cool stuff.

I have a methodology for putting larger brakes on stock knuckles that would be an awesome DIY solution. It would take some time and expense to get it dialed in and the parts made. I won't ever do it because the first set that goes out will go right to a laser shop so they can be copied and sold for a few cents on the dollar profit and I'll never recover my development costs much less make a profit. The second reason revolves around why so much stuff is knocked off. Folks are cheap-asses by and large. That is compounded by a very large number of them also believing that all stuff is pretty much the same and works the same so all you're paying for is a name when you buy quality. They will buy the 12 dollar rotors, 15 dollar reman uncoated calipers, crappiest brake pad they can find and build their economy brake kit for cheap and that is how well it will work, which is the economy version of good.

Sad really since the product is actually needed but I'm tired and completely over my shit being copied.

Good luck Cole, this never doesn't suck and the platitudes about imitation being the sincerest form of flattery are never accurate or helpful.
