Should I be worried about this bow in my new soft top's windshield header? The corners seem too tight?

Installed a Bestop Supertop NX kit last weekend, and it was chilly and a pain, but I got everything on and zipped up properly. But when I latched the windshield header, it seems like the corners are too short, and won't go past the lip in the windshield frame. In the middle though, it seats fine.

Today it was warmer and sitting in the sun, so I gave it another shot, unlatching it, and trying to latch it again. No change though. Tried lubing it up with some dish soap, but didn't make a difference. Is this just how things are? From the outside, you can see how the corners are just a bit back from middle of the header around the frame. I don't think pushing it forward from the back will help, because the frame has the pin that holds the frame in place right behind the top of the door.

Anyone have any ideas? Am I just overly worried and this is fine? Attached some pictures

Unless you can feel air thru the corner or get water if running a hose over it, looks fine to me.

For reference...my 2006 OEM version of the Supertop looks similar and seals up just fine.

@Mogul345 did you pursue any remedy with this or just accept it? Mine is similar to yours maybe worse, it whistles and I can see daylight through the gap so I've started a warranty case. I've had an OEM and 2 Trektops with headers that fit better than this.

I've done nothing with it, as of yet at least. Mine at least seals and does not whistle. Maybe I should; I've recently had that header seal replaced during the repaint, so don't want to mess the new seal up.

@Mogul345 your top is fine if it doesn't leak. I've had a few of mine look like that. I had to check my cheapo Sierra Offroad top to see if it had any gaps. I had to latch the front, then install the rear corners because it was so tight when I installed it (48-52 degrees outside).

Yeah, it seems to seal fine, so not super worried. My main concern is the bow/bend that is showing up in the header plastic b/c of it. See pics 6-8 in my first post. We're about 8 months into this now, and the top has stretched and is far, far easier to put up, but the header plastic still has this U shape in it. Which makes me think it's not sitting in the groove in the top of the windshield frame correctly still. Which, I didn't care about with the old shitty seal, but now that I have a brand new seal up there, I probably should look into. That's the only concern I have at this point (and frankly it's rather low).
