I have an 06 Rubicon and was out on some trails last weekend l, got hung up trying to scale a rock so I engaged my lockers but the dash lights just flashed and the lockers did not engage. Found a way around the obstacle and finished the day then did some investigating when I got home. Turns out both air lines were disconnected. The pump was working when switched on, but only the front line had air moving through it. The rear is all cracked and obviously failing. When I went to hook the hoses back up to the fitting on the axle housing, the front still wasn't engaging and the rear fitting crumbled from rust. I have looked for parts diagrams but can't find a part number for the fitting. I read somewhere that they can be punched out from the inside, but that doesn't help if I have nothing to replace it with. Anyone know a part number or do I need to try my luck in a junk yard?

Looks like you need some 3/16 vacuum line- I’m not convinced you have other problems than just air delivery- start there.

If you’re trying to connect the harness in other places there are variety packs of vacuum fittings that work good -the entire system hardly has any pressure

Ultimately if anyone owns one of these you have to look at the transfer hose inside the differential as well those tend to ultimately fail
