Rubicon Express Bushing Replacement

I just bought a 2004 TJ with the Rubicon Express Long Arm Kit.
The rubber bushings look rotted out and I'm wanting to replace. From what I've read is that Rubicon Express is no longer manufacturing these? I'm looking to fix up the existing arms for now, and eventually start replacing the arms down the road with another long arm kit.

What options do I have to touch up the existing arms for now?

Also, are there any other points on these long arms that need to be looked at?
I had a stock 2023 Rubicon Xtreme Recon before so I'm not accustomed to having the maintenance!

If you could locate suitable bushing replacements you are likely spending around $300 or so for all the parts, quite possibly more. Then you get the joy / frustration of trying to remove the old bushings and the time involved in that, plus undergoing the removal and reinstall process. And next you say you intend to replace it all down the road anyway with a new kit. Personally I would just save up and replace with new rather than do a rebuild only to remove it later on. You can possibly sell the removed kit for a few dollars as well to offset costs. I know that's not the reply you were looking for but in the long run it will save you the rebuild cost dollars and a lot of duplicated wrenching time.

You may have trouble sourcing replacement bushings for the RE arms, as in a lot of their arms they used a proprietary, hour-glassed shaped bushing which I believe you could only get from RE. If they are straight tubed bushing housings you may be able to put a standard bushing in there, but I’m not sure.

About two years ago I got replacement bushings from RE. I removed the old rubber ones and replaced them with the polyurethane bushings. I also drilled and installed zirc fittings. Very cost effective and easy to do. Good luck
