I have a 98 TJ that I am working on just picked her up the other day. I pulled the fuel tank because the PO said the fuel pump was not working anyhow long story short the tank was full of crud and some water, so I flushed and was wiping out the inside and my arm touched one of the roll over valves on the inside and fell apart. To be honest the plastic was very brittle. The top part is fine just the guts fell out but that compromises the workings of the valve but the hose still is attached but allows air in and out no check valve.
Would I be ok to run like this or is it going to cause problems with any of the computers systems?
