Most recently, I ordered a set of replacement mid-pipes for my TJ's exhaust. It arrived in bubble wrap only, and looked like it had been beat on something with one pipe right after the pre-CAT crushed and cracked. RockAuto responded within the 3 business days, as advertised, and shipped me a new set; stating there was no need to return the original.
