I noodled a bit to see how I can add more of a CJ feel to the TJ with side decals.

Plan is to add more polish with new wheels, 31" tires (no lift), nerf bars, and a Renegade-style decal in the orange, over the khaki.

Depending on how this bit goes, I may add a polished gas cap and hood levers to finish it out.

Any advice, feedback?

Yeah, that is pretty cool. I've got a TJ and a CJ5.

The Chrome wheels and letters out.
Anything polished, tube polished stainless/chrome bumpers. Chrome gas camp too. Both my CJ's had black rubber fender flares, not matched paint.
Those stickers have that retro for sure.

If you can take your exhaust, lengthen it and put it all the way in the back into the front seats....you'll get the CJ smell too, ha.
