I have a Fenix HL60R (discontinued, replaced with HL70R) that I've really liked. A little heavy in comparison to some others I've had, but works great for hunting, hiking, clamming on the beach, and working on cars. It's also been more durable than some others I've had.
@bbaldwin237 I've been looking to get a Fenix headlamp. One thing that bugs me on a lot of them is the complexity, I mean who really needs 8 or 12 different modes and who can even memorize how to get to them when you need them? Give me hi/med/lo and I'm good. Competition I suppose. I'm going to keep looking for a simple one though, I have 2 Fenix flashlights and sold on them but haven't ruled out Acebeam or Thrunite..
Do you find yourself pushing the wrong button at times and getting modes you don't want?
