What is the name of that forked part, that the piston in the rear drum cylinder pushes on? That part then pushes the brake shoes outward. Mine are worn and I am trying to find replacements. It seems that some rebuilt cylinders may come with them but it’s hard to tell from the pictures. I cannot seem to find them as any part of a DIY rebuild kit.

And, I’m wondering how did they get so worn down. Cheap-a$$ metal? 90k miles on the odometer. They are still on the Jeep, so pics will have to wait.

Great, thanks. It seemed separate from the actual cylinder piston.
