Rain water on passenger floor - not the cowl - identified the culprit

I've been searching through all the threads regarding water on the passenger side - cleaned out the cowl (which was plugged and needed to be done) but still had water after rain. Finally found what I think is the culprit thanks to another post on here (Thank you!). If I run a hose over this area (see pic), I immediately get the pooling. It's not my pic, my foam is much dryer and in worse shape. My question is how to best fix the problem... The other post solved it with flex seal liquid rubber... Just looking for advice as to the best solution. Thank you!

Fought the water accumulation on the passenger side floor for several years; the following were what I did during troubleshooting:
Cleaned the drain for the cowl air intake, sealed seams in the general area, ensured the evaporator pan drain was clear (several times), verified the foam surrounding the coolant and refrigerant lines were sealed and replacing the hood to firewall seal.
Inspected the windshield frame to soft top header seal (2 years ago) and found the seal to remain compressed (loss of pliability) after the soft top pressure was removed; I determined the seal to be the original seal so I ordered a new OEM seal (55395101 AC) at an online Jeep dealer for $235.
I would rather pay more for an OEM seal than purchase a knock off and find that it fits poorly and continues to leak.
The new seal was thicker, different rubber material and a larger lip overhanging the windshield frame. Installed the new seal ensuring to clean the windshield header surface thoroughly and the tabs were on top of the side window headers. Since then the Jeep has been in numerous HEAVY downpours here is Florida and the water leak has not returned.
Your problem may be different, but this is what worked for me.

How's your rubber gasket at the front of the cowl?

My seal is in much worse shape and no water.

It's still okay I think. I was able to get water on the inside passenger floor when spraying water inside the the engine on the foam in the Pic. Currently waiting for flex seal to dry and cure. Fingers crossed.

My foam at the firewall looked good, but the water hose test proved otherwise. Smearing RTV over all the foam gaskets solved my leaks.

In addition to flex seal, I replaced my hood to cowl seal. My old seal still worked but it did not run the complete length of the hood. The old seal stopped right above the spot where the foam was located. The new seal runs the entire length of the hood, around the bend and prevents water from dripping into the engine. I wish I had tried this first. Purchased this one (some of the reviews mention this as well) : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I89XQ24?tag=wranglerorg-20.

I need to replace my hood-to-cowl seal. I couldn't find anything on Rockauto, and the Amazon link above doesn't seem to work. Could someone please send me a link to a new seal on Amazon.com? Unfortunately, the product is temporarily out of stock. Currently unavailable.
Omix-Ada 12302.11 Hood to Cowl Seal , Oem Equivalent Part Number: 55174640Ae

I can't order from anywhere else from Europe.
