Over the last several weeks, I've developed a "popping" noise coming from the rear end when reversing and when starting off from a complete stop. The popping occurs when turning and when going straight.

See the attached video as a reference of the sound I'm hearing. This is not my video, but a video I found on another thread of someone having a similar issue; however, there was no update to the thread to determine the potential causes.

I have replaced just about everything suspension wise except for coil springs and rear track bar.

Something else worth mentioning- I have noticed when putting the jeep into gear (F or R), the jeep squats quite a bit. Is that normal? Im getting several inches of squat when putting it into gear. Could the popping be worn out coils, or is that a separate issue?

Appreciate the help!

Update: had a shop check all U-joints recently and all are in good shape. No popping is coming from U-joints.

Watching the valve stem it seems like it makes the noise around 6 0'clock. I would remove the drum or rotor and check to see if everything is in place.

Update: was cleaning the underside of the Jeep today with some degreaser and sprayed both axles, steering components, and all inner wheels/tires. Let that sit for 5 min or so then pressure washed it off. Got in the jeep to move it back in and noticed the brakes worked way way way better. As a matter of fact, I chirped the tires on my driveway due to hitting the brakes as hard as I usually do. After that, I did a short drive as I was not hearing the clicking anymore, and as of now, everything has went away. Pulled the tires to inspect rear brakes and noticed the passenger side, front facing shoe was half GONE??? No idea how it fell out or if it was installed like that by someone else, but I believe that was causing the clicking noise I mentioned above.
