Hey guys! I got a 06 TJ Dana 35 rear end. I got some noise coming from the driver rear. Under a load turning left or right. Only when it warms up… and right in tge hub area. I seen a guy on YouTube same noise in the video and his axle shaft and bearing was eat up. So I pulled both axles to inspect, shafts are after market, like brand new. Bearings were good. So I just replaced both bearings and seal. Inspected everything in the differential, everything looks good…. I got new 33-12.5-15s put on with an alignment done and it helped alot with the vibration I had. Still having the noise in the rear I’ve checked everything in the dr and don’t see anything or hear anything on jack stands… the sway link bushings and track bar bushing were worn and had slack in them… not too bad though so I went ahead and replaced them as well lol driving me crazy!!! Made some improvement but not really. I swapped tires on the rear to see if it could be an issue with the hub caps or something. I’m at my end with tracking this down! Some insight would be awesome!!! Here are some videos I took. The BF Goodrich tires were before the new tires, alignment and bushing change…. Any help would be appreciated.
