Growing up in Cleveland, we did Coke and milk. My dad called it a chiller diller. Don't know if it's a real thing or not

Blech. I wouldn't mix anything other than chocolate with my milk. And certainly not bilgewater like Pepsi!

I stopped drinking milk after leaving the farm. 2% store milk is watered down garbage. I can see why people mix Pepsi in.
