Got an IR temperature gun? I'd be checking the heater hose temperatures relative to the upper and lower radiator hoses.
My guess is your heater core is still plugged solid.

Even though the water pump was replaced recently I’m taking it apart to check and see if it’s clogged or something. Will update.
I know you replaced your water pump recently, but it really sounds like the water pump. I recently changed mine and the replacement had a damaged plastic impeller that failed shortly after installation. I finally ruled everything else out and took the water pump off and voila... plastic pieces everywhere. I was fortunate to be able to fish all the impeller parts out of the engine block.
This is 6 months old… I bought a dura last one only one readily available. The little fins are shaved in some type of way.
I'm not saying this is the cause of your overheating, but they aren't doing you any favors either...
I put new water pump on and ran water through for a final flush and had heat in the cab finally so will test drive and see if it overheats. Thanks everyone.
There was a lot of debris in the system to wear that impeller down like that.
