Anyone have any idea where I can find the pigtail for O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 (wiring harness to o2 sensor plug) ? I have an 06 TJ, not sure if it matters. My original melted and now can't be disconnected. Is it okay if I just buy one of those o2 sensor extensions and hack it up to turn it into a pigtail?

That one is a pain and the route from the main harness is odd. Passenger side behind engine attaches to the top of the tranny and then to the cat on driver side. I think as long as the wiring is intact from sensor to ECM it will be fine.

I know it's a pain but I've been getting codes for the O2 sensors and they have about 80k miles on them now so I'm going to have to deal with it :(

I’ve been in a similar position. I believe I purchase the Standard Motor version for my 2005 B2S2 harness side plug.

However, I ended up having bare wires touching that I re-insulated. I kept the connector as a spare, so I can’t remember if it was the correct plug for me bc those details are getting fuzzy.

If I couldn’t get it to work I would either find a different plug to use for both ends, use heat-shrink space crimp connectors, or use heat-shrink crimp butt connectors. I’d then tape and zip tie them. I wouldn’t use bare splices and heat shrink tubing for this unless you make the tubing short or the wires long enough to allow for future repairs.

I moved the plug over to the driver side of the transmission for easier access and tied the wiring off.

Use insulated butt splices and adhesive heat shrink to repair and move things around. A couple months ago, I added several inches to the B2S2 sensor after the connector because getting to it was so difficult.
