California NorCal Jeep adventures!

That's the same stop the JL struggled over when it was wet.

It hasn't rained since last weekend and has been in the 70's up here so I'd assume the trail is fairly dry.

I was able to make it over (JK), but I have better gearing and lockers both times I went. Being dry, hmmm. We went up to Baltic Ridge / Leek Hill Monday and to my suprise it was wetter then I had anticipated. Here is a picture of the LJ and this was after I started avoiding the puddles as it was getting flung inside. I am not a fan of mud in my Jeeps. I could have been a lot muddier.

I’m part of the crew that will be cooking after the cleanup. Come on up If you guys can.
Working out the logistics. My daughter brought this to my attention. The 23rd is her birthday, and she wanted to go, so maybe a win, win and could bring the grandsons. How long do you think it would take to get to Spring Valley Lake from SR32?

About 90 minutes.

The sticker is not used by Student drivers out here. Unless they got a Porsche in their 30's as a first car.LOL

Perhaps this is just a Bay Area thing

I've only seen it on the actual car they are with an instructor in.

A bit off topic - I think it is a Bay Area thing. I’m in San Jose and it seems to be a hopeful “ get out of jail free” card around here. - or maybe hoping their poor driving skills won’t get them shot if they have a “ Student” sticker. ( freeway shootings are practically a norm here)
- agreed the cars and drivers don’t always fit the “ student” profile ‘round here. Apologies for hijacking thread.
