I have read a lot of posts over the past few months, so let me start with this. I’ve checked every fuse both interior and under the hood. I have cleaned every fuse and they all have power. The left side connector on the cluster has power, all lights and audio, work. The right side connector has no power at all. I checked the ground wire behind the cluster and also the one on the left side of the lower dash near the speaker. A self test does not work due to know odometer There is an aftermarket radio, which also is not working Clean and tweaked the male pins on the back of the cluster removed, the fuse box under the hood, turned it over and found no broken wires. The scanner I have showed nothing when plugged in. Is there a power wire from the ignition to the cluster? If so which one is it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Disconnect and check the 32 pin wiring harness connectors at the ECU for oxidation, signs of overheating or just being loose.
Inspect the wiring harness that runs from the ECU along the firewall behind the valve cover which is routed around the right rear head stud.
This harness is known to rub thru the split wire loom and wiring harness insulation causing ECU communication shorts to ground.
In some situations the threaded head stud can also wear thru the bare copper wires causing all sensor and ECU communications to cease.
