Interior and running lights out

I know this has been posted a few times but nothing ive seen matches my issues

So the running lights and interior lights arent working so i changed all the fuses and have been testing lines but cant find where the system is losing power, all the fuses are receiving and sending power the mfs is brand new and every other light works ie blinkers hazards headlights brake lights

If anybody could give me any insight id be super appreciative

Since you have a MFS; your Jeep is probably '00 or newer.
Did you install the new MFS ?
What was the condition of the harness wiring and connector ?
Inspect the harness wiring and connector of the MFS for signs of overheating or oxidized clips.
IF they are all good; you will need to test the wiring at the MFS for different functions to determine IF power is supplied for the running lights.
