Trust me, you don't want them any more than I do. I've been beating on the supplier more than normal and they were already supposed to be here. That only happened after I pushed on them hard. They have been out for production after approving samples for months now.
I'm very glad you like them and that the effort we put into them shows. If folks would update me on the packaging, that would let me know they are arriving safely and I don't need to change anything.
We explored some custom packaging to make them easier to pack. Worked out to about 23 bucks per box and that will never fly.
Just so you know, you can go ahead and wire them up. That way when the light and plate relocator get there, you are plug and play.
LOL.. the packaging. Mine arrived perfect. The step-down crimp connectors are sweet. I have a HUGE kit of the no-crimp shrink connectors with the solder in the middle. I find they work great. However I already loaded my shopping cart with an assortment of the step-down connectors. The white foam padding you use is a bonus. I am sewing up a drawstring bag to carry a one pound propane canister and I am going to line it with the foam you used as insulation!
Great instructions too. Already pdf'd them so I have them on my iPad.
I am going to wire them up over the weekend. I can't remember how my plate light is wired. I don't think it has a connector on it. I'll leave that for last.
