Some students who register for my courses don’t have wi-fi at home, Microsoft Word or Pages, or they can’t figure out how to use the learning software, all of which are required to take the course. They give me 1,000 excuses and I give them all the same answer.
Move into the 21st century or drop the class.

What Mr Blaine does is seek to accommodate every variation within a platform (and then a few common oddities like a 4” round hole). That’s all a person can do. When someone requests their special needs be met, they’re just not taking responsibility.
If you have a screen in your house or a printer, you can get the install instructions. No need for a printer. I use my iPad or iPhone sometimes in the garage. That way I have the instructions and I can search the internet if I need to. If someone made the order, presumably they have a screen.
