New radiator needed

Well my Nissens Rad arrived but its a LHD version so cant fit it today, really wish I had kept the previous crown one because apparently you only need to change over the mounting brackets on each side. The markup on RHD rads is a joke :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I figured I had enough bits to build my own right hand drive mounts

first I cut used multi tool to cut the right hand drive mounts off the leaky ALU block, the mounts were only welded on at 8 points on each side

Cut the wings of the LHD mounts and sprayed the raw edges to avoid rust

The Crown i had lasted around 6 years
I bought one of those based on all the stellar encouragement I saw on a few FB pages. I opened, looked at it, the build quality is disgustingly poor. I gave it to the next person I convinced to haul it out of here.

It’s a shame they suck. Some people have good results with them but many do not. Good looking though.
Pictures are not an accurate representation of what is in the box.
I have a Denso and it’s working great no matter how hot it gets. Some people say I do not get the results I am. They are wrong. Ignore stupidity
Some people have experience with in our area and they do not get the same result you do. That is not the same thing as saying you are wrong.

I brought one because I needed a new one, and they were easier and cheaper to get hold of than the plastic RHD version... plus I thought "Shiny new thing good"

At least we don't ever have to worry about your standards being too high.

I just didn't think it was possible to get such a simple product so wrong, I will be sure the avoid the high failure rate edtion in the future. I'm dreading the day the heater core goes

Radiators are well taken for granted. We've tried to work with a few suppliers to source an OEM equivalent in quantity That was a very short lived experiment.
