Need help identifying these wheels

For some reason I can’t message this person but I’ve been looking for these wheels. Are they 15 or 16 and where can I buy them?

One of the big reasons why I don't like black wheels.

I looks like an older version of the Ion Alloy 179 wheel. I increased the brightness and sharpness on the posted picture for better comparison.
