Hello TJFORUM-

I need a little help with figuring out where to find a part that will not take a few weeks to get.
I have a 2005 2.4 heater hose inlet issue.
Heater core blew again, yes learned lesson about aftermarket, I even bought different brands. The one currently that blew is the Omni-Ada from Amazon. Both links listed below.

I have bypassed the heater core and it is still leaking from the aluminum part where the hose connects to the crimped aluminum. Idk even if there was a an ORING that has just been worn out or other then temporarily fixing to stop it from leaking.

Omix-ADA | 17901.05 | HVAC Heater... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FQ7V3S?tag=wranglerorg-20

Previously I purchased a cheaper one it blew less than a year after installing.
A-Premium HVAC Heater Core... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B6PNLVNX?tag=wranglerorg-20

Sorry for the long post, just trying to make sure I explain it properly. I try my best to DIY what I can. The aluminum heater core hose is NO LONGER available. So I decided to try and replace the entire inlet hose let and delete the aluminum part. The inlet elbow broke taking off the hose clamp!! UGHHHHH - but it is 21 years old! Brittle for sure

Part number is 53010 517AC labeled #5
SUMMIT - not available
Amazon - will take 1-2 weeks approx
EBAY - all parts coming from China- I prefer to avoid that.
AutoZone - not available
Advanced Auto - unavailable

Does any one suggest or know where to find one hopefully faster?? Do they make a metal replacement?

This is my daily driver so I am pretty determined to fix her. I was able to get to it easier by removing the alternator. Def helps having the correct tools to make it easier to get the constant tension clamps off.

Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated!
TIA
