Ok, I'll throw my shade at them now...
On our STREET DRIVEN 2003 w/ 100% STOCK suspension, wheels, tires, etc. we were experiencing a really soft & bouncy rear end.
W/ over 150K on the odometer, I knew it was time for shocks.
I searched for OEM replacement options and found the Monroe to be a great candidate, so I ordered a set.
Installed them and within 500 STREET DRIVEN miles the right rear had blown a seal and failed.
The online seller wouldn't honor any warranty because I installed them myself rather than at a shop.
I reached out direct to Tenneco and was able to get a replacement unit under warranty.
Installed it and again, within 500 STREET DRIVEN miles, it also failed.
That's when I decided to just add a lift w/ new springs, bushings, shocks, etc.
I will NEVER buy another Monroe (Tenneco) product.
