Actually it's kind of crazy how well everything is working out for this guy. Still lots of custom work, but still a a super cool project

How the hell do you weld a head back together and get all the internal runners sealed right? Must be a real tiny welder that can climb inside? Lol I hope they document that part closely. And as @Apparition said, But why?

Less work to install the entire LS.

I can understand if you have other constraints. But we don't.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's doing it because he thinks it's fun.

I have a subaru boxer engine in my backyard just waiting for something fun to stab it in. Would be a ton of fun in an old Austin Healey, but now we are talking about a whole different animal.

This kind of thing is not unheard of. Here's a Ford "Boss 300" inline six with six sections of Boss 302 heads pieced together. It's reported to make 625 horsepower.
