I dont recall it being very difficult. It went thru a few meadows, thru the trees, one rocky hilly section, then tops out a couple peaks adjacent to Red Cone.

I remember SOB being a little difficult to find in the maze. Then it was disappointing given the descriptions going back decades.
The hill was very brief I remember. Like maybe 100 yards or less.
Never been on it but heard there’s a trail that runs straight up Breck ski area… Peak 10 would make sense
Radical Hill is definitely worth it. The only time I won't run Red Cone is when Webster Pass isn't open. That forces you to drive out on I-70 instead of going back to 285.
was up on Red Elephant again last Sunday…. 3 hours from Empire to Arvada, usually takes me 45 min
Nothing ruins a great day of wheeling like 3 hours of stop and go traffic!
It's a good one for some views and mild enough to run solo.

Same for me on the light bars. Also it’s a 2:45 drive for me so I’d rather not be getting home at 2-4 in the morning. I don’t handle that as well as I used to.
