I heard something about mining equipment needing to get up. Major obstacles like the notch are still there but they made bypasses all the way up. Bowling ball hill is supposedly cleared
the big boulder field... think thats what is was called. 3/4 ish way up the top before we got to all the water falls
Interesting. I ran Wheeler Aug 4th with my XJ buddy and we saw the guy with a Kubota track-hoe doing his thing. He had finished the V bypass and was digging the hell out of another spot a little further up.

Those Barely Made It youtube guys are dumb, or the JL platform just sucks.
I had minimal trouble making it up with my LJ on 33s. My XJ buddy on 31s did ok, minus taking the new bypass at the v. I was planning on winching him up on the far left side of that big rock.
I called the Dillon Ranger District office and let them know. The guy I spoke with wasn't aware of it, but took my info and number.

I have been swamped at work this year. I'm off Sunday. @lBasket had been taking about redcone
Been wanting to do that too, had a couple buddies do it last year. Haven't been up Spring Creek yet this summer, got some fun spots. I'm down for where ever
