Jeep was overheating when sitting idle

Id argue you are confused. Because a simple wrong memory of a psi of a cap gives you an excuse to blame me for it. Yet you want more i formation. Yet you wont express the psi of coolant flow over time. Yet you wont express anything but me being a problem.

Quit sprinkling your retard dust on all these threads

Go to bed and sober up

The sad thing is. You think im drunk. You really have no idea. Im almost feeling normal. If i were sober... lets just say. Im tired. I cant sleep. My iq when i drink is 135... i cant drink enough to fall down or lose my way. Im dumbing everything down JUST FOR YOU

What probably is happening, happened to me. I had my radiator replaced and the mechanic added coolant. But, he added orange coolant instead of the green coolant. I noticed that my Jeep was running warmer even with a new radiator. It would almost instantly jump up to operating temperature and in hot days it would start to overheat. So, I checked my overflow bottle, and I noticed that there was gel in it and a sandy sludge at the bottom. My mechanic insisted that it doesn't matter, but mixing different chemical formulas does matter. It is all over these Jeep forums. So, I had him flush all the coolant out of my system, and I brought new green coolant. This mixing of coolant can ruin your cooling system. Pressure builds because of the gelling factor and it can blow radiators, pumps, and heater core. The gel also doesn't allow the coolant to cool properly. Mechanics will just add any coolant that they have available. But coolant matters.😋

Check your overflow bottle. If you see different layers in it or a gelling of the coolant, then this is your issue. It should be a homogeneous free flowing liquid. If it is gelling, you will notice it most when the system is cold.

Math and physics... bro.

Go do them.

😂

Yeah, I may have dozed off in a physics or thermodynamics class in engineering school and missed those equations. That was back in the dark ages when we had to do longhand calculus equations on paper, you know, prior to the invention of the computer.

What? How would the passage of time change the pressure in the cooling system?

You dont do them in your head? Bummer. Its kinda like needing to long hand an apex before every road you go down. Do you still long hand the apex equation? The road you drive everyday while you drive up to it? My mother does something similar with a news paper
