Jeep wants to stall out

Came back home to help my brother fix his old TJ he thought it was gonna be a simple radiator replacement it isnt. The jeep was overheating but we replaced the thermostat, radiator and the water pump. However that seems to have fixed it but now the TJ is stalling out at random when i slow down, ive also changed the sparkplugs and tested the alternator. Some more symptoms are that the lights in and outside the car dim and brighten and the battery will show that its dead when its perfectly fine im honestly stumped on what it could be no engine light right now and its hard to start. Any help would be nice.

Have the battery and alternator rechecked, if the grounds are good and clean. Mine stalled when slowing down when the alternator or battery was weak. I went through this several weeks ago.

Sounds like some bad grounds or something grounding out. What year and engine?

Did you figure out what the problem was? I have been experiencing the same problem for about a year, but I have never fully stalled out and it is intermittent enough that I have not been forced to figure it out. It happens when I slow down as I approach a stop. It can happen when the jeep is cool or warmed up, when the tank is full or empty, and in the spring or summer.
