Is my front bumper setup wrong?

If you look at the photos above the bumper kinda rests on a bolt that is attached to the frame I guess. Is the metal plate the Winch is attached too supposed to be bolted to that or is resting on top of it ok?

I put a spacer between the winch plate and sway bar mount, then used a longer bolt on my 04

It's all correctly installed. That rear bolt that holds the front bracket for the antiswaybar is little more than a sheet metal screw. What really holds your winch and the bumper on are the two pairs of the two front 1/2x13 bolts that provide the strength. The front two bolts are fully threaded into the frame, that rear bolt is not structural.

I too put a spacer on mine, the sway bar bolt (on mine anyway) isnt holding anything else.

Same here. My winch plate came with the spacer and longer bolt.

Yup, a spacer here too. Just a thin thing too.
