While trying to locate a tick/knock in my '99 2.5L engine (subject of another thread), I noticed that one of the bolts and washers that hold the intake manifold to the head (forward one that looks like it clamps the intake and exhaust manifolds) appears to be missing. While I couldn't find a leak there, I'd still like to add the bolt/washer. The washer is a conic cross section, Mopar 6036 045AA, I believe. They seem to be unobtainium these days. Has anyone tried a belleville washer for this? I found a link to one that looks close, possibly using two stacked together. Or is there a better/easier solution? Thanks.
