I ordered the kit from Ebay. Waiting until late fall to replace leaking heater core. Gonna do the evaporator core and blend door. I couldn't find a kit for my Dodge Ram when I did the job on that. I spent about $20 on junk foam that ended up being trash. This is a great deal!

Company by the name of blend door USA will sell you the foam but it’s a pain in the a** to change I wish someone would sell it precut.

I’m pretty sure they’ll fit, I just sent one off to a guy to test fit on a 2005 TJ, so I should know in a week or so. Unless you happen to be the guy I sent it to, then you’ll know sooner than me!

Quick Update – Inventory Clearance

Unfortunately, the manufacturer I was working with used my mold to start producing their own competing product. Because of that, I’ve decided to sell off my current inventory near cost.

It’s a bit of a setback, but I’m shifting gears and I’m going to be manufacture everything in-house myself moving forward. Hopefully by the end of this the price will be significantly cheaper anyway. Thanks for your continued support, and I’m excited to bring you new, original parts soon.

Yep, I’m still offering them on eBay. I also have the die for the upper demister seal ready; I’m just finalizing the material selection before production. The remaining seals are already rendered in CAD, and I’ll be cutting the dies for those next.

I didn't realize this was for 2001 and older when I ordered. I have a 2003 so hopefully it works when I get around to installing it.
