Help with transmission identification

Found a guy selling a transmission & t-case off a "94 jeep." As far as I can tell the only autos used in TJ/YJ/XJ/ZJ were the 30RH/A904, 32RH/A999, AW4, and 4(2|5|6)R(L)E, and this is none of those. Just in case he meant "84" it doesn't look like a TH400 either. I also don't recognize the transfer case & note the lack of extension housing, but I wouldn't say t-case identification is my superpower.

The transfer case looks like chevy stuff maybe 208 or 241?

Ask him to look at the circular tag on the transfer case

Based on the pics I found online, I didn't think it was, but whatevs. If I knew I wouldn't be asking.

It IS a TH400. https://www.ss396.com/cars/history-of-the-th400-transmission/

TC is probably a NP208/207, NP228, or NP229.
