deeper pan just gives you a little more fluid to cool things and can keep you from starving on an incline. But mainly that the pan most of us use that comes with the plug is also deep.

There is not a lot of room between the bottom of the pan and the skid plate at the rear. Is there a specific pan that you can steer me to?
