I'm looking for headlights that have changeable bulbs like every other vehicle except jeeps. Not really picky but I don't want something really expensive but not something really cheap either. Just looking if anybody has these or what brand are best.

But, headlights are a safety feature and top shelf LED headlights are becoming more affordable. Truck Lites and JW Speaker led headlights are the way to go.

I use the Rampage but there are several other H4 conversions available. The bulbs are available all over in case one goes out on the road. Much better than the stock sealed for around 80 bucks.

Did the same thing, the Rampage H4 lights are a lot of bang for the buck.

My plan is to wire a set of halos into my park lamps, then unplug my daytime running lights and use the halos as my daytime lights and just normal headlights at night. But thanks for the input I'll ponder all your suggestions

H4 bulbs are the standard, so any mfg's H4 will fit a housing designed for H4 bulbs. I'm running CIBIE H4 Housings, with Phillips extreme vision bulbs. I also added relays to minimize the voltage drop through the factory harness. it was less than a full on Truck Lite or JW speaker set-up. I also prefer the pattern of incandescent vs LED. Total cost was about 150 bucks. I'm quite satisfied with the output...

Not to hijack, but how do you like the jk housing? Any issues installing it in a TJ? And would Hella H4 bulbs fit a jk housing?
I like the jk housing and no issues installing them, very simple. I'm not sure if a hella h4 bulb would work, sorry.

X2. I have this exact setup with the Cibie housings, Philips +130% H4 bulbs, and a relay harness to pull power directly from the battery. To me, it was the best bang for the buck and has made a significant difference in night time visibility.

Can't beat this price on the Cibies: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DQV88Q/?tag=wranglerorg-20

I'm with the CIBIE crew. After talking with Daniel Stern, who (as the phrase goes) has forgotten more about lighting than the rest of us will ever know, has very specific and measurable reasons as to why they're better than any of the other H4 housings. Don't hesitate to hit him up as he's very responsive.

Just like @Ranger_b0b and @nk24, this is the setup that I run. I also have a set of Trucklites on my daughters LJ and JW Speakers on my wife's JK and I still prefer the spread/pattern of the CIBIEs.

Think I'm gonna go with the cibies since all of you say there the best bang for your buck. Quick question though are they glass or plastic I'm gonna get either way
