About a week ago I posted about my headlights on my 2005 TJ whether in low or high beam the blue light on the dash would always be lit. That has been fixed. After installing new headlights the adjustment screws to adjust the beams left to right or up & down, the torx part of every screw is stripped. Are these available and if so how do you remove the old screws? The other option would be to find a used set of the complete assembly that holds each light in place. I will search for this or if someone knows the answers to my question, I would appreciate a response.
Thank you, Tom

Hey Tom,

Not sure of the exact issue, but the headlight housing could be done for too. Those adjustment screws are just threaded into a plastic housing, so not sure if the head is stripped or if the screw is spinning.

Good news is they aren't super expensive if you have to replace the whole thing. Here was just an option from a quick search United Pacific Headlight Brackets 110384

I found what you suggested on line and purchased the set. Looks like an exact replacement. Thanks. Tom

I had the same problem. I pulled the whole bucket, got out the Torx headed screws and replaced them with M5-.80x50 screws and used two nuts together to lock it under the adjustable part. Screwed into the plastic base with no issues. Total cost at Lowe's $5.05 including tax. I can post pictures in anyone wants.

I am into it, I need to do something about mine too and am not sure what it looks like really

I was just working on mine after installing a BL...had to remove the headlights to install the extensions.

One of my screws is broken out of the housing.

I didn't use any washers as it didn't see necessary. It seems one of the screws is fixed and the other two do the up/down and side/side adjusting. I haven't installed them yet. This gives me access to the backside of the fender bolts. New fenders are the next step. I'm also putting in new shifter boots; a mouse ate thru both.
