So went riding the other day and got home and notice my bracket that holds the quick disconnect and the link to the front sway bar on the driver side is completely gone… must have broken off and took the sway bar disconnect with it… my question is what or where do I get another bracket… mine were relocated on top of the axle by the top bar joint.. is that considered a high steer?..

You need to slap the idiot that routed that ARB air line.

Ya.. I would agree.. I noticed like 2 weeks ago it’s zip tied to the top control arm

Probably the same guy who welded the steering damper bracket to the tie rod.

He’s from out west.. yall may know him🤣

Do a 180 out of the bulkhead fitting, don't kink it, take it back to right behind the joint on the upper control arm, zip tie it to the arm about every 3" with it on the outboard side of the arm to keep it away from the exhaust heat. When it gets to the frame, route it up over the frame mount and then up the firewall through the fender brace. When it gets to the top of the tray, take it along the main fender harness to the compressor solenoid.

Thanks… I will do that!

Looks like a WJ conversion, is it?

Man.. your good… I really don’t know to be honest… it’s got assist steering and like an extra drag link across front… I’d like to send a pic later of it and maybe you can help me sort out what I’ve got… I called Quadratec (I know).. to get a high steer bracket and they couldn’t help.. I might just have to fab one… Ill send pic in about 30 mins when I get home…

My clue is the end of the abutment clip I can see along with the non stock guide pin which points to a dual piston caliper. Tie rod on top of the lower steering arm is another clue but without any pics of the other side, just speculation. If by high steering bracket you meant a raised sway bar link mount, that may be why they are confused. I know of one for the side you are dealing with, if my guesses are correct, it won't work on the other side.

Hard to tell if I do or don't like them. Depends on what they used and how they got there. Is that a 2 or 2 1/2" wheel spacer/adapter?

Thank you sir… I was told they are black magic brakes .. I believe it’s 2 1/2 “ for the wheel lug pattern on these spyderlock wheels…I’ll probably be needing pads soon..
Thanks again… those teraflex was what I looked at but wasn’t sure til now.

Some portion of them may have our brake parts. They are not now nor ever have been a kit offered by us. We've never done a high steer draglink. I have done and have helped several folks set up WJ brakes, but I would never be knowingly involved with that mess you inherited.

It’s seems to function pretty well… I’ve never had any wobble or torque steer … other than bracket falling off.. thanks again for bracket location
