It's on of my favorites. I don't use it often, but when it's needed there's nothing better. I got it for my sailboat as lashing-type repairs are fairly common, but I carry it in the jeep too. It packs smaller than hose clamps and people report it holding power steering lines. I keep my tool kit rather minimal but there's room for this.
You can see it's holding the abs poop pipe to the carrier as well. I use that to hold a small chainsaw, or an ax and shovel.
