Can't really like this. I love riding. Absolutely love it, but I've been hit twice and it's just a damn shame neither of em went to prison. One, more than twice the legal limit drunk pulled out 15 feet in front of me.
The other- actually the other TWO, were hit and run. Some old blue hair changed lanes into me and kept going, but she drove me into the back of a Saab 900 and HE took off after I rear ended him. Turns out he was driving on a suspended license.
I totaled his POS but suffered a broken sternum.
If it makes you feel better I had my dirtbike out on the highway yesterday.
Maybe a little. I reckon I'll end up with another bike eventually. Just not sure if I want another cruiser or another crotch rocket...probably one of each.
I want another rocket bad but I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself with one eventually.

you should see the issues with the new mercedes electric line up LOL. the eqs goes through brakes in about 6000kms LOL 10k to replace. i quite enjoy writing those quotes at the dealership LOL
Not disputing the danger of other drivers when you’re on a motorcycle. However, in 10 years of street riding, I was never involved in a motorcycle wreck that wasn’t solely the fault of the pilot (me) being stupid.
I sometimes miss it though (riding and not worrying about being stupid)
Part of that is my ability to monitor those around me. I don’t feel I’m as up to it as I was then.
I think thats a good point. I don’t I multi-task as well as I used to either.
