Thank you. I was symptom-free on my previous/first bout with COVID but not this time. We're both still down and staying hunkered down at home but I we are definitely gaining a little on it. I'm at least sitting up for now, I've spent most of the past week either in bed or laying back on my recliner.

Amazing how unthinking people are about passing on disease. Had a get together with the in laws at our Son’s house. The mother in law shows up with a bad cough, running a fever, sits down in the middle of everybody, buries herself in a blanket and was miserable.

She knows that my wife and I have both had our immune systems destroyed from cancer and pulmonary fibrosis treatments. If I got Covid, it would be a miracle if I survived with my lung disease and my wife’s white blood cell count is near zero. Despite knowing this she elected to get out of bed to come to the get together and spread her germs. Needless to say, we left soon after we got there and saw her condition. Fortunately she just had the flu that our flu vaccine blocked.

Get well quickly. Have heard of a lot of people have much rougher time with a 2nd or more times they catch the ‘C’.

That is unbelievably rude! And prayers sent for the two of you. My father passed from pulmonary fibrosis 20 years ago. His brother did, too, and it's always in the back of mind because I'm getting to the age that they were when it reared it's hideous head. It's a terrible disease that not many people know about. My condolences!

Yep, both of us have been vaxed, but both of us still had Covid afterwards.
Natural anti-bodies are the best you can have anyways, glad I had Covid now.

Hopefully , your wife feels better quickly , recovery sounds close! Be careful driving post China virus , especially in those treacherous Florida mountains !

My wife finally tested negative but we're still going to be mostly hunkered down for another five days just to be sure. Thanks for the good wishes everyone!
