Do I have a bad clockspring?

Trying to get to the bottom of some electrical issues I’m having. About a year ago I replaced my clockspring since the airbag light had been on for some time. After replacing, the first time I go to use the horn, the wipers go off. It didn’t happen all the time and the horn still worked so I didn’t worry about it.

About 6 months later on a cold morning I go to turn my headlights on, and they set off the wipers and don’t turn on.

So now I don’t have headlights or a horn, but now have 3 wiper switches funny enough.

But with this problem originating from doing the clockspring, makes me think I somehow have a bad one.

Has anyone had any issues similar before or after replacing a clockspring?
