You need to stop throwing parts at it, especially parts from rough country and crown. Even though they are “new” they are not able to be eliminated as culprits as they are not known for their quality control.
If you insist on replacing control arms first, go with good ones. Moog factory replacements for a couple hundred bucks would be my bet.
