Dana 44 disc brakes to dana 35 drum brakes complete axle swap out

I'm still wondering how the raptor hit only that part of rim and dented it . If you blow up picture you can see how dented it is . It's at 4 o'clock.

Sorry for digressing on personal woes . Back to technical stuff .
The rear axel I'm supposed to be getting is out of a LJ with disc brakes , will it fit ? Will it need a Sye ?
