Code P0500 Speed Sensor - replacement part

I did a pretty thorough search, and couldn't find anything specific, so apologies if this is already listed somewhere.

Speedometer stopped working, engine light came on and threw a P0500 vehicle speed sensor code. I can't find any information on the correct replacement sensor, where it's located etc. Thanks in advance if anyone can point me in the right direction.

97 4.0L Sahara Automatic

It's located in the tailhousing of the transfer case. Check the wiring from the sensor all the way to the PCM before buying a sensor.

I'm not sure which sensor to buy for a 97, mine's at the other end of the TJ years.
