After screws backing out of my elocker and causing havoc, I'm going to threadlock new ones in. However, before doing do, I'd like to check if it works.

Is there any way to test the locker engagement on the bench.

Any help with this would be much appreciated

I tested mine. Stuck in the axle shafts, turned 1 by hand while someone held the other. Added 12V switch power and it worked. I also tested it with and 18V battery after installing in the axle. It's never failed to work.

Sweet thanks...I'll pop it in and try it

Does it make a click or any noise?

It made a slight noise on initial lock up, but nothing during unlock until I turned the axle shaft. It was very quiet, that's why I turned the spider gears to confirm it locked.

Ah ok. I popped mine in the jeep and hooked it up to a separate battery and it won't lock...guess I'll have to pull the thing apart
