I’m in the process of replacing a few damaged wires in my body wiring harness. Instead of just putting butt connectors inline, I’m unpinning the wires from connector to connector (probably overkill, but that’s the way I want to do it). Does anyone know the name or specs of the terminals in the c102 connector?

I came across this on the Mouser website in my search for contacts to add a wire to the factory harness for the same reason as OP. It is the drawing for the C108 under dash connector I believe. I also think it uses the same contacts as the C110 on the left fender.

Yessir. Just adding info. I ordered some of the contacts so I could run a line from the female side of C110 out to some KC lights I put on the front. I found NOS fog light switch and ordered a relay so I should be able to make it a factory system. I've seen kits that have a wire with the terminal crimped on it already but It was a lot cheaper to order just the terminals.

How on earth did you know that?? Are all the terminal styles documented somewhere? Would be great to have a reference for that.

It’s a very common connector line used by most OEMs. Not jeep specific at all. I do a lot of wiring so I am familiar with a lot of connectors.

For me, the challenge is even knowing how to search it up. If we had a reference for all the connectors and the terminal type it would make some repairs much more feasible. I know I would much rather re-pin a wire than replace an entire connector and splice in every wire when only one or two wires are problematic.
