Bunch of P codes

I drive a 2005 Jeep Rubicon 6speed, all of a sudden started to go in a limp mode and sometimes it just dies, but I switch off the key and started back and runs ok and goes fine but all the gauges needles go down and switch it off and back on and works fine for a limited time, I checked the codes and this is what I got
P0421, P0431, u0155, P0508, P0335, P0032, P0032, P0038, P0052,P0051, P0058, P0108.
And this happens randomly, I’m guessing my pcm it’s going bad.
By the way I all ready checked wires and connectors and everything seems to be ok!!

Don't assume the worst....; a little searching around the engine compartment may reveal the problem.
Check the wiring harness that provides communications between the PCM and the engine sensors. There is a split wire loom harness that goes around the back of the valve cover and is routed around a threaded head stud (right rear corner) which is known to come in contact with the threads and rub thru the plastic wire loom and wiring insulation causing electrical shorts to ground.
My solution to ensure this problem doesn't occur; was to slide a spark plug boot over the threaded stud.

I’ll take a look at that harness, looks like fun day doing that!!!
