Bestop questions

In my searches here I have not seen it discussed yet, that apparently Bestop has discontinued the Trektop NX and only shows the Trektop Slantback.

Their webpage designer could definitely do better, and there is no mention of the sunrider feature being offered with this top currently.
Can anyone who has purchased one lately confirm this? Our ‘06 came with a hardtop and I was hoping to purchase a soft top next spring but I’m unsure what direction to go now as the sunrider feature and safari top option of the NX series was what we hoped to use.

Looks like they just rebranded the Trektop NX as the Trektop Slantback. Speaking for the LJ version, the photos on the website would seem to indicate the sunrider feature is part of the design, though these are the same photos from the Trektop NX...



The description for the standard slantback seems to indicate the safari top feature is still part of the design.

I'd give them a call for confirmation.

I’ve been checking out Quadratec, Extreme Terrain, etc, and comparing part numbers this morning and it seems most sellers are still calling the top the NX and listing the sunrider feature even though part numbers when checked on Bestop’s page are not the NX and don’t have that feature. After the threads lately about wait times when calling Bestop I was hoping someone here had current information.
My email to Bestop from three weeks ago inquiring has been unanswered.

If you want the flip back feature, just order the NX version. There's a regular Trektop also.

Thanks! I was only looking at the twill version on quadratec before, which links to the part number that Bestop says is not the nx. I’m actually planning to buy next spring when the hardtop comes off which is why I was concerned they have discontinued the NX. At least it’s still available though that may be old stock.
